Supported Formats on Apple Watch

The following audio formats can be transferred to and played on the watch: MP3, M4A, AAC, M4B, WAV, AIF, AIFF, AU, CAF, and FLAC.

Note: Some high-bitrate FLAC files may not play on Apple Watch due to hardware limitations.

Transfer Tips

Audio transfer should begin within one minute of initiating. If you see no progress:

1. Keep OnePlayer open on both devices — don't let the screen turn off
2. Playing music on your phone during transfer can make the connection more stable
3. Ensure the watch has sufficient battery (charging both devices speeds up transfer)
4. Background transfers are supported but their timing is controlled by watchOS
