OnePlayer FAQ — Frequently Asked Questions
How do I import songs into OnePlayer on iPhone?
OnePlayer supports four ways to import music files to your iPhone:
- Wi-Fi Import — Connect your phone and computer to the same Wi-Fi network, then open the displayed URL in your browser to drag and drop files. See the Wi-Fi Import Guide.
- USB Cable Import — Use iTunes (Windows) or Finder (Mac) to transfer files over a USB cable. See the USB Cable Import Guide.
- AirDrop Import — Share audio files from a Mac or other Apple device via AirDrop. See the AirDrop Import Guide.
- Files App / Music Library — Import directly from the iOS Files app or scan your local iTunes/iPod music library.
The Wi-Fi import URL won't open. What should I do?
If the Wi-Fi import page does not load on your computer, check the following:
- Both your phone and computer must be on the same Wi-Fi network
- Disable any VPN or proxy on both devices
- Verify the URL is typed correctly — avoid full-width characters
- Keep OnePlayer on the import screen — do not switch apps or lock the phone
If none of these steps work, try USB Cable Import instead.
How do I add lyrics to songs in OnePlayer?
OnePlayer displays synchronized lyrics using LRC format files. To add lyrics:
- Download the
.lrclyrics file for your song - Rename the LRC file to exactly match the audio file name (e.g.,
song.mp3→song.lrc) - Place the LRC file in the same folder as the audio file and import both into OnePlayer
You can also embed LRC lyrics directly into the audio file's metadata. Note: lyrics display is a Pro feature.
Does OnePlayer support online lyrics matching?
No. OnePlayer does not fetch lyrics from online services due to copyright restrictions. You need to provide your own LRC lyrics files or embed LRC lyrics into the audio file metadata.
What audio formats does OnePlayer support?
OnePlayer supports over 20 audio formats including: MP3, FLAC, AAC, WAV, AIFF, M4A, M4R, APE, OGG, Opus, WMA, DSF, DSD, M4B, AU, and CAF. It supports Hi-Res audio quality up to 192kHz/24-bit.
Does OnePlayer work on Apple Watch?
Yes. OnePlayer supports Apple Watch running watchOS 8 or later. You can transfer music from your iPhone to the watch and play it independently — no phone needed. Playback supports Bluetooth headphones (like AirPods) and the watch's built-in speaker. See the Apple Watch Guide for setup instructions.
What new features are planned for OnePlayer?
Upcoming features include:
- New audio engine with expanded format support (currently in beta)
- EQ equalizer for audio customization
- Cloud storage integration
Already shipped: folder management, Apple Watch support, Siri and Shortcuts integration.
